If you’re curious about Access Bars but not sure what actually happens in a session, this guide will walk you through the experience—step by step—so you can arrive feeling informed and at ease.

What Access Bars is (in simple terms)

Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on process where 32 points on the head are lightly touched. Many people use sessions as a way to unwind, reset, and create more space from mental noise.

Before we begin

  • We’ll talk briefly about what you’d like support with (stress, sleep, overwhelm, clarity, etc.).

  • You can ask questions and set any boundaries—this is your session.

  • You’ll stay fully clothed and lie down comfortably.

During the session

Most of the session is quiet. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others notice thoughts settling, emotions moving, or a sense of spaciousness. There’s no ‘right’ way to experience it.

After the session

  • Drink water and give yourself a little integration time.

  • Notice what changes over the next 24–72 hours (sleep, mood, clarity, energy).

  • If you’d like, we can discuss a simple plan for follow-up sessions.

A gentle note on results

Everyone’s system is different. I don’t promise specific outcomes, but I do create a calm, supportive space for your body and mind to unwind and recalibrate.
