When stress builds up, your system doesn’t need more pressure—it needs a signal of safety. This 10-minute routine is designed to help you downshift quickly and come back into your body.

Minute 1–2: Orient to safety

Slowly look around the room. Let your eyes land on 3–5 objects. Notice shapes, colors, and distance. This helps your nervous system register that you’re here, now.

Minute 3–4: Lengthen the exhale

Inhale gently through the nose. Exhale a little longer than the inhale. Do 6 slow rounds.

Minute 5–6: Ground through the feet

Press your feet into the floor for 10 seconds, then release. Repeat 3 times.

Minute 7–8: Unclench the jaw + soften the belly

Let your tongue rest, unclench your jaw, and soften your belly. Stress often hides here.

Minute 9–10: One supportive question

Ask: ‘What would help me feel 5% more supported right now?’ Choose one small action.

If you want deeper support

If stress has been running your life for a while, a session can help your system unwind more deeply. Reach out through the site and we’ll find what fits.
